
Key Growth Driver

We are seeking a strategic business partner to drive growth initiatives and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future direction.
This opportunity combines strong analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, validating, and executing high-impact strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Owning Revenue and Profit: Set growth theses, define north-star KPIs, and run a tight operating cadence balancing scale with unit economics (CAC/LTV/ROAS, contribution margin).
- Growth Strategy & Category Expansion: Identify high-impact levers across segments, offerings, geographies, and partnerships; build business cases and translate them into focused execution roadmaps.
- Experimentation Engine: Design and run cross-functional experiments across product, tech, ops, and marketing with clear hypotheses, guardrails, and success criteria; institutionalize rapid learn–decide–scale cycles.
- Product & Tech for Revenue: Prioritize features and internal tools improving acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization; ensure instrumentation, data integrity, and experiment frameworks are in place.
- Marketing Efficiency & Portfolio Mix: Orchestrate channel strategy and lifecycle communication maximizing incremental revenue at optimal spend efficiency; allocate budgets dynamically based on impact.
- Ops & CX Alignment: Align capacity, SLAs, and processes converting demand reliably; drive throughput, reduce leakage and churn, and ensure customer experience supports sustained revenue growth.
- Insights, Forecasting & Governance: Build dashboards, cohort and funnel views, and forward forecasts; lead RCA focusing on highest-ROI bets; codify learnings into repeatable revenue playbook and manage stakeholders adopting it.
- Data Management & Analysis: Perform essential data analysis supporting key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy and consistency by maintaining and updating information across various reports.

● Demonstrated success in designing, validating, and executing growth initiatives.
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with data-driven approach.
● Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills influencing stakeholders across levels.
● Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environment managing multiple priorities.
● 1 year of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or startup strategy roles.
