**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our equipment, ensuring it operates safely and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of assigned service routes and prioritizing tasks to maximize safety and reliability.
  • Responding promptly to callbacks and being available for coverage during work hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Performing all service, repairs, and small modernizations according to our standards, including safety policies.
  • Keeping customers informed about equipment condition, preventive and corrective repairs, and discretionary repairs or modernizations.
  • Completing required data inputs in Field Link, including time reporting, parts usage, callback reporting, maintenance performance, and repair and modernization work reports.

About You:

We're looking for someone with expertise as a Technician in the EE industry, ideally with at least four years of experience. Relevant knowledge in electronics, electricity, mechanics, and hydraulics is essential. Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented behavior are also crucial.
