Cloud experts are in high demand as businesses shift their operations to the cloud. To capitalize on this trend, we seek a seasoned Cloud Specialist to lead our cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) and prototyping of cloud solutions to optimize scalability, performance, and security.
  • Define integration design and security design for web services and enterprise component development to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Work on networking and security topics as an AWS cloud administrator to safeguard data integrity.
  • Work with storage management like AWS-Storage to implement efficient data storage solutions.
  • Work extensively on AWS-EKS to develop scalable and highly available applications.
  • Create and manage Docker images to streamline application deployment.
  • Perform cloud cost analysis, estimations, and apply best practices to minimize costs.
  • Manage Kubernetes (k8s) system services and worker nodes to ensure smooth operation.
  • Work with database administration and DBMS to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Create documentation and design documents to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Provide estimates for requirements to ensure project feasibility.
  • Engage with senior architecture groups, collaborate with internal technology teams, and contribute to internal initiatives to drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience with hands-on coding and ability to program independently.
  • AWS Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional).
  • Strong Linux/UNIX experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Terraform.
  • Experience in AWS cloud platforms across a wide range of services.
  • Experience implementing AWS cloud security.
  • Experience using Postgres databases (preferred).
  • Knowledge of load balancing, auto-scaling, and Route 53 for traffic management.
  • Experience with network access control list, VPC peering, AWS CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail.
  • Ability to design highly available and/or fault-tolerant architectures.
  • Experience with open-source technologies and tools.
  • Experience designing, developing, and deploying high-scale solutions in Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of optimized coding for memory consumption, performance, scalability, security, caching, etc.
  • Experience with Docker, HELM, and Kubernetes (mandatory).
  • Experience working with scripting languages (YAML).
  • Experience with stateless/stateful applications deployed on Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Working experience with AWS and Kubernetes API.
  • Experience with reporting and analysis tools for cloud platforms.
  • Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in Java for API development.
