Job Overview

The Software Engineering Advisor role involves creating robust, scalable, and secure software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy cutting-edge software systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams to complete shared design and development tasks.
  • Support the full software lifecycle of design, development, testing, and support for technical delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • Required Skills: Java, Spring Boot, React JS, GitHub, OpenShift, Kafka, MongoDB, AWS, Serverless, Lambda, OpenSearch.
  • Hands-on experience with Java 1.8 or higher, Java, Spring Boot, OpenShift, Docker, Jenkins.
  • Solid understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and Data Structures.
  • Experience in building REST APIs, Microservices, cloud technology like AWS, and strong understanding of parallel processing, concurrency, and asynchronous concepts.
Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience.
  • Experience with vendor management in an onshore-offshore model.
  • Proven experience with architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions.
  • College degree in related technical business areas or equivalent work experience.
  • Industry certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma Green Belt.
