Job Title: Financial Manager

  • This role requires a highly skilled accounting professional to oversee complete financial management, including bookkeeping, invoicing, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, journal entries and adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete financial operations: Oversee the entire financial process, from bookkeeping to closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
  • Create and manage international client export invoices: Develop and implement effective systems for creating and managing export invoices, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Record and track accruals, prepaids, and adjustments: Maintain accurate records of accruals, prepaids, and adjustments, ensuring that financial reports reflect the true state of the company's finances.
  • Manage vendor invoices, expense tracking, and payroll processing: Oversee the management of vendor invoices, employee expenses, and payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Ensure statutory compliance: Ensure that all financial operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, including tax filings and audits.
  • Closing and audit-ready documentation: Oversee the preparation of month-end and year-end closures, ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance: A degree in accounting or finance is required for this role.
  • Minimum 4 years of IT/ITES export accounting experience: Significant experience in IT/ITES export accounting is essential for this position.
  • Mandatory hands-on expertise in Zoho Books: Proficiency in Zoho Books is mandatory for this role.
  • Strong exposure to audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance: The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance.
