Job Description:

We are seeking an ERP solution specialist to analyze business processes, implement Odoo ERP solutions, and provide ongoing client support. Key responsibilities include configuring modules, training users, and ensuring seamless business process integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes to provide optimal ERP functional consulting.
  • Configure ERP systems, customize workflows, and integrate with other applications.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend optimized solutions for clients.
  • Develop process documentation and training materials to enhance user understanding.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions.
  • Assist in project planning, tracking, and risk management to ensure successful implementation.
  • Work closely with clients to enhance ERP functionality and efficiency by identifying areas of improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Quick learner with effective communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic project management and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
