We are seeking a skilled and experienced Online Mandolin Instructor to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to students of varying skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach music theory, techniques, scales, chords, picking, and performance skills relevant to the mandolin.
  • Guide students in learning different styles such as classical, folk, bluegrass, jazz, and contemporary.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback and practice exercises.
  • Encourage students to develop confidence, creativity, and discipline in their practice.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a mandolin teacher or professional player.
  • Proficiency in reading sheet music and understanding of music theory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students online.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and ages.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree or diploma in music or a related field.
  • Experience teaching in online learning environments.
  • Knowledge of additional string instruments is advantageous.
