We are looking for a highly motivated Software Project Manager to help us build the future of technology at Antarctica Global.

This is a full-time position based in our office in Mumbai. As a Junior Software Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our IoT and software development projects. Reporting to the Product Manager, you'll collaborate closely with frontend and backend engineers, design teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating agile activities such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Guiding and coaching the development team and product owner on agile principles and practices.
  • Fostering collaboration and communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Tracking and reporting on the team's progress using appropriate metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in assisting with design, coding, and testing of technical solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to propose effective solutions.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

This position can offer an annual starting package in the range of 4-8 Lakhs per annum, based on the candidate's experience, performance, and commitment to our hiring process. According to their performance, the employee will also be offered significant appraisals every year, regular bonuses, and stock-options of the company.
