Job Title: Senior Software Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and integrate complex applications software for industrial automation products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to detail out clear requirements at the product and system level.
  • Understand the software development life cycle and work effectively in an Agile environment.
  • Estimate development tasks with high accuracy based on use case stories provided by Product Owners.
  • Complete assigned tasks within the same sprint, including development, unit tests, and integration tests.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to complete tasks before being asked.
  • Take full responsibility and accountability for owned products.
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes, including code reviews, unit test automation, and integration testing before system testing.
Requirements:
  • Computer Science, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product development for industrial and automation products.
Desired Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in C, C++, and Assembly languages.
  • Experience in writing complex algorithms, multi-threaded applications, and device drivers.
  • Experience handling different communication protocols.
  • Familiarity with Real-Time Operating Systems, preferably LINUX.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using tools like the GNU Debugger.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with geographically dispersed stakeholders.
