Lead Web Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced web project manager to lead multiple web application development projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop, coordinate, and oversee multiple web development projects with defined scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UI/UX designers, QA testers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Project Risk Management: Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and resolutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure quality standards and compliance with client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a project manager in the tech industry, preferably with a strong background in web development.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of web application architecture, CRM platforms, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Skillset: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitating team collaboration, and driving project success.
Nice to Have:
  • APIs and Integrations: Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and third-party tool implementation.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification for advanced project management skills.
