Senior Business Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Business Finance Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and insights to drive business growth and optimize costs.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing data-driven trend analysis for P&L and revenue metrics to improve the shape of the P&L whale
- Having a clear understanding of the drivers of revenue and impact of pricing decisions on growth
- Day-to-day P&L management through good relationships with stakeholders
- Creating processes for new initiatives and improving existing ones to focus on governance and cost leakage
- Preparing, managing, and publishing business scorecards
- Stakeholder management and working closely with teams
- Running weekly reviews with stakeholders
- Assisting with ad-hoc analysis on various projects as required
- CA/MBA/B.Tech qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience post-qualification
- Strong Excel/Google sheet skills and good business acumen
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams
- Proficient in financial modeling and PowerPoint skills
- Previous experience as a business finance partner is desired, with start-up/Retail experience preferred
- A self-starter who can take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction
- Continuous improvement attitude and fast learning ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
