Job Title: Housekeeping Specialist - Operation and Maintenance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at AccorHotel.

About the Job:

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, adhering to hotel standards and procedures.
• Attend daily briefings to receive assignments and updates on guest levels, room categories, and special requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues efficiently.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any damage or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Prepare rooms for occupancy, including replenishing supplies and ensuring all amenities are available.
• Record room status accurately and maintain a high level of productivity throughout the shift.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Become familiar with hotel fire and life safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings as required by management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to hotel grooming standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Excellent oral proficiency in English language.

Work Environment:

No remote work option available. This is a full-time employment opportunity.

Estimated annual salary range: $35,000 - $45,000 based on location and experience. Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
