About the Role

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The successful candidate will design, develop and deploy machine learning algorithms, GenAI, and RAG-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing machine learning models using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG systems.
  • Conducting research and testing to fine-tune models for seamless integration into healthcare workflows.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong foundation in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks.
  • A solid background in Computer Science and Algorithms.
  • Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG systems.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong software engineering practices including version control, CI/CD, and API development.
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR).
  • Experience in building scalable AI-driven applications for production environments.
