We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to join our team.

">Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for development teams, focusing on SDLC best practices">
  • Conduct hands-on workshops, coaching sessions, and e-learning courses tailored to the needs of different audiences">
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to development team members to support their professional growth and adherence to SDLC processes">
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make improvements as needed">
  • Support DevSecOps Initiatives and contribute to standardizing SDLC practices">
">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement">
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years as a trainer and coach">
  • Proven experience in SDLC management, process improvement, and training delivery">
  • In-depth knowledge of various SDLC methodologies, best practices, and agile scaling approaches (SAFe, LeSS, DAD)">
  • Strong training and coaching abilities, with experience in developing and delivering engaging training programs">
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse, globally distributed teams">
  • Certification in relevant SDLC methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)">
  • Familiarity with modern development tools and technologies">
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to global office locations">
  • Strong communication skills, with demonstrated capability in engaging a large, distributed organisation">
