Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate and troubleshoot data loss prevention (DLP) solutions.
  • Maintain and manage DLP and data classification tools deployed across the organization.
  • Implement new policies for DLP and data classification in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Handle all reported incidents related to DLP solutions until they are resolved.
  • Collaborate with teams to follow up on open tickets and activities.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks, create reports, and communicate with various departments.
  • Coordinate with OEM teams for incident validation, analysis, recommendation, escalation, and resolution.
  • Monitor quality and risk-related activities associated with DLP solutions.
  • Deploy DLP solutions on additional agents after successful user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of total IT experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing DLP and data classification solutions.
  • A degree in B/ BTech/ MCA/ MSc (IT/CS)/ BSc (IT/CS).
  • Experience working with DLP Forcepoint is essential.
  • Certification from a reputable endpoint protection platform is required.
  • Preferring candidates with certification on proposed solutions.
  • Willingness to work long-term is highly valued.
