Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our team of software engineers in developing and delivering high-quality products that improve how people operate software and infrastructure everywhere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of products and services.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Develop and implement sound software architecture and best practices in software quality, testing, and documentation.
  • Analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role in software development.
  • Strong technical leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team of software engineers.
  • Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes operations, as well as Python programming.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in distributed teams.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
