We are seeking a talented Software Testing Professional to join our dynamic organization. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems.

This exciting opportunity will have you working on a range of projects including POS machines, digital kiosks, mobile apps, and integrations with payment or delivery partners. If you have experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), retail systems, or similar technology, this could be an ideal role for you.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about testing and has a strong understanding of software development principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating test cases, managing test data, and performing manual and automation testing.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in software testing, hands-on testing experience with POS, menus, kiosks, loyalty/payment/delivery integrations, and a strong knowledge of mobile app testing. Additionally, they should be familiar with QA tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, QC, TestLink, and have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Analyze and report defects to ensure timely resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to improve testing processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software testing
  • Hands-on testing experience with POS, menus, kiosks, loyalty/payment/delivery integrations
  • Strong knowledge of mobile app testing
  • Familiarity with QA tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, QC, TestLink
