This Role: Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Internet-scale applications that prioritize performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Create intuitive web applications using rich client-side and REST-based server-side code.
  • Implement Microservices Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) in real-life applications.
  • Collaborate with top engineers to work on complex Software as a Service (SaaS) based applications.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4 to 7 years of software development experience in developing and shipping software.
  • Hands-on programming experience with Ruby on Rails and Node.js, including Object Oriented Design.
  • Experience with MVC, Web forms Framework.
  • Experience in contributing to architecture and design, including Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Security.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or related databases is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

The following skills are desirable:

  • Experience with RESTful Web Services and API development using Ruby on Rails or any other Node.js framework.
  • Experience in full-stack development ranging from front-end user interfaces to backend systems.
  • Experience/knowledge into JavaScript + React Js/TypeScript, Graph Query Language (GQL).
