The role of a Business Development Associate is to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate demand for the company's products or services through various lead generation channels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM database.
  • Engage in persuasive cold calling to schedule meetings with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Establish relationships with target companies and influence them to partner with the company.
  • Collaborate with other sales teams to effectively reach out to decision-makers.

This position requires a basic understanding of engineering principles, including Mechanical, Electronics, Plant Engineering, and Software Development, which can be translated into setting up meetings with potential clients.

We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as strong listening skills and a positive presence.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in any field (Engineering or Computer Science preferred).
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, proactive, quick learner, and team player.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
  • Confidence in opening discussions with senior-level professionals.
