We are seeking a skilled Motor Cycle Chassis Component Designer to join our engineering team. As a key member, you will conceptualize and develop motorcycle chassis and structural components that meet performance, safety standards, and embody cutting-edge design and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform load calculations on parts
  • Develop 3D CAD models and detailed 2D drawings for motorcycle structural components
  • Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), Design for Serviceability (DFS) and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Select materials based on strength, weight, cost, and durability
  • Understand chassis systems including suspension and brakes
  • Conduct structural analyses and simulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Proficiency in CAD software (preferably Creo)
  • Strong understanding of simulation tools for structural and thermal analysis
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as Assembly, Welding, Casting, Forging, and Machining
