Job Title: 3D Visual Artist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled artist to join our creative team in shaping the visual identity of large-scale, photoreal and cinematic projects.

This role involves developing, refining and maintaining high-quality materials, shaders, textures and environments that achieve photorealistic and cinematic results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Development: Create and refine materials, shaders, textures and Large Scale Environments for photorealistic and cinematic results.
  • Look Development Standards: Define and implement look development standards across large-scale environments ensuring optimized and efficient asset workflows.
  • Collaboration: Work with fx, animation and other teams to maintain consistency and quality across productions.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and optimize scenes for performance in both offline and real-time rendering pipelines.
  • Artistic Quality: Ensure the highest level of detail and artistic quality aligning with the project's creative vision.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance lookdev pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6–7 years of professional experience in look development, shading, set building and rendering.
  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in V-Ray, Octane, Cinema 4d, Unreal Engine 5+ (with strong understanding of path tracing and optimization).
  • Artistic Foundation: Strong eye for composition, color theory and aesthetics with proven ability to achieve photoreal output.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in DCC tools such as Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, Maya, and Substance.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced production environment.
