Front-End Experience Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front-End Experience Designer to join our team.

As a seasoned designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and intuitive interfaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in designing web/mobile applications, as well as expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.

The successful candidate will have proficiency in Agile, Scrum methodologies, and knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking application, financial mobile & tablet apps, and web applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Breaking down complex design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Banking experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications.
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of Apple's Human Interface Design Guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platform designs.
  • Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and other relevant design tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
