Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Delivery Lead to join our team at Intertec Systems. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex software projects, ensuring they are executed on time, on schedule, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage teams of 30+ engineers across development, testing, business analysis, UI/UX, and release management.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and functional consultants to ensure alignment to technology frameworks and customer requirements.
  • Maintain an ongoing awareness of emerging developments and trends in technology that could impact current projects and influence new projects.
  • Engage with clients and vendors, managing relationships effectively.
  • Working knowledge of low-code, process automation, or BPM platforms.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of software development concepts, principles, practices, and procedures, including the complete SDLC process.
  • Strong experience in project estimation, planning, agile development, and delivery.
  • Working knowledge of design patterns, SOA, event-driven architecture, and REST services.
  • Experience in managing large and complex fixed-bid projects.
  • Experience in managing technical competencies and performance of team members.
  • Strong knowledge of various program/project metrics.
  • Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to plan for enterprise-level applications involving several moving parts.
  • Must have experience in scheduling for large projects with MPP or similar tools.
  • Experience in leading migration/transition activities for enterprise-level applications.
  • Experience of heading software development teams of 40+ people.
  • Experience of managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
