About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough medical assessments to determine the best course of treatment for patients, utilizing your expertise in medicine and oncology.
  • Collaborate with the oncology team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor patient progress closely, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide support during surgery and offer training to junior medical staff, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make recommendations for improvement, ensuring that patients receive personalized and high-quality care throughout their journey.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in medicine or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in medical oncology, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
