MERN Stack Developer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and build software solutions from conception to deployment.
  • Design client-side and server-side architecture for applications.
  • Create visually appealing front-end experiences through React and other front-end technologies.
  • Develop and manage databases and applications with high performance and security standards.
  • Design and develop secure and efficient backend APIs that can be consumed by various platforms.
  • Test software to ensure responsiveness, efficiency, and quality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software to meet requirements.
  • Build features and applications with mobile-responsive design and user experience in mind.
  • Document technical processes and outcomes.
  • Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software functionality and performance.
  • Deploy applications to cloud servers and integrate CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Familiarity with developing desktop and mobile applications using multiple front-end languages and libraries.
  • Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks, including React and Node.js.
  • Knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra), web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI/UX design principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an analytical mindset and ability to break down complex projects into manageable tasks.
  • Able to build robust and secure APIs using REST APIs and experience with WebSockets is a plus.
  • Independent thinking and fast learning capabilities, with experience in scaling web applications to handle high traffic and concurrent users.
