Senior UI/UX Lead

We seek a seasoned UI/UX expert to spearhead the development of intuitive and user-centric designs for our healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor junior designers to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop and implement design visions, strategies, and standards that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design requirements.
  • Create and manage comprehensive design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces using Figma/Adobe XD.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards, responsive principles, and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Work closely with frontend developers to guarantee design handoff and implementation quality.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX workflows, and interactive prototypes.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools.
