Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BIM expert to join our team as a Senior BIM Modeler. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed Building Information Models, working on structural designs, and developing construction drawings.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with MEP specialists to ensure accurate and efficient project execution. Daily tasks will include model development, coordination with other stakeholders, and maintaining quality and precision in all modeling activities.

  • Experience in structural and construction drawings is essential
  • Knowledge of MEP systems is necessary
  • Proficiency in REVIT and related software is required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team is vital

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory
  • Experience in the steel detailing industry is highly desirable
