Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI engineer to join our team. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to develop and deploy cutting-edge AI models that power intelligent automation and real-world advisory systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and fine-tune machine learning models using open-source frameworks.
  • Evaluate model performance using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Contribute to rapid experimentation pipelines and scalable AI deployments.
  • Work with platform engineers to package models for secure, efficient inference (on-premise/cloud).
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in applied ML or AI research roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering or Data Scientist.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, HuggingFace, or LangChain.
  • Experience fine-tuning or customizing LLMs, especially for reasoning, dialogue, or retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Strong understanding of NLP and generative model architectures.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with agent frameworks or function-calling architectures.
