Job Description

The Injection Molding Manager position is a pivotal role that oversees and optimizes the injection molding manufacturing process. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness in the manufacturing department, and managing various aspects of the injection molding production.

  • Productivity monitoring and optimization
  • SOP adherence and process management
  • Rejection control and quality assurance
  • R&D activities related to mold and equipment maintenance
  • Continuous monitoring and control of mold condition and machine performance
  • Supplier and vendor coordination for trials, requirements, and corrections
  • Maintenance of documentation and records as per ISO 13485:2016
  • Process optimization and troubleshooting in Injection Molding
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in injection molding manufacturing. Additionally, they should have knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 standards, familiarity with cGMP norms, and working experience with the SAP module.
