We are seeking a highly skilled Finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Payable processes, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and excellent analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day AP activities with required speed and accuracy (invoice processing, vendor queries, vendor setups/maintenance, invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment)
  • Follow documented procedures, understand client processes, and be an active team player with good communication and documentation skills
  • Sound analytical & interpersonal skills, strong customer orientation, and problem-solving skills
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of education with 2+ years of prior work experience in AP processes
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, good written and verbal communication, and hands-on working knowledge of SAP
  • Understanding of relevant F&A Processes, journal entry processing, balance sheet reconciliation, month-end tasks and reporting, fixed asset accounting, inventory accounting, standard costing, and other related topics
