Job Title: Senior Associate - Opportunity for Growth

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented French Language Specialist to support our procurement operations.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals who are fluent in French and eager to build a career in business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate and communicate effectively in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Support internal teams with French documentation, email handling, and communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations
  • Assist in procurement or supply chain tasks as needed
  • Maintain data accuracy and follow internal processes

Requirements:

  • French language certification – Minimum B2 level (DELF/DALF/TEF/TCF)
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business, or related fields)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in French
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of procurement/supply chain concepts
  • Experience in procurement systems such as SAP, SRM, Ariba, or Coupa
  • Internship or academic project related to procurement or logistics
