Digital Transformation Specialist Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing in-depth knowledge of digital technology concepts and expertise in designing and implementing advanced testing methodologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, and transition delay test coverage analysis. Additionally, they will work closely with the team to provide expert guidance on test mode timing constraints definition and implement corrective actions for timing violations.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent problem-solving skills, excellent communication and team work skills, and experience working with scripting languages such as Perl and shell. Experience in RTL and Gate level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors is also essential.
