Procurement Coordination Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordination Executive to support our procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with suppliers for rates and required documents
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and suppliers on ongoing procurement matters
  • Manage records in the offer sheet, including pricing, delivery timelines, and document status
  • Assist in managing enquiries according to received directions
  • Maintain accurate information in CRM systems
Required Skills & Attributes:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement coordination or a similar role
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Sheets/Drive
  • Excellent email drafting and communication skills
  • CRM familiarity and willingness to adopt internal systems
  • Sharp memory and attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams
  • Broad understanding of market trends and price variations
