Learning Experience Leader

This role is ideal for an individual who can drive the development and delivery of high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align Foundation Skills Training with Product Specific Training methodologies and initiatives to ensure seamless integration.
  • Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character, inspiring others to follow suit.
  • Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training, including curriculum, training, and exams, for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement.
  • Deliver preparatory training that meets technical requirements, covering basic skill needs as identified by enterprise needs.
  • Motivate trainees through effective training and project management, driving success and growth.
  • Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities across the organization, adapting to changing work environments.
  • Audit and revise programs as necessary to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a content expert, maintaining relevant training documents and materials for conducted training.
  • Develop effective induction programs to onboard new employees smoothly.
  • Monitor and review trainee progress through questionnaires and discussions with managers, ensuring statutory training requirements are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with E-learning techniques and create/deliver e-learning packages where applicable.
  • Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present research findings.
  • E nsure adherence to the company's Code of Conduct among trainees, promoting a culture of excellence.
