Job Opportunity:

Nursing professionals and students are invited to explore overseas education and career options. As a key member of our Study Abroad vertical, you will counsel nurses and nursing students on international courses, licensing pathways, and career opportunities abroad.

  • Counseling Sessions: Conduct informative sessions with nursing aspirants, discussing study/career opportunities abroad, eligibility, admission processes, fees, visa requirements, and licensing exams.
  • Application Assistance: Guide students through applications, documentation, and compliance requirements to ensure seamless enrolment.
  • Conversion Focus: Ensure the successful conversion of enquiries into enrolments by maintaining high counselling-to-conversion ratios.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams for admissions, operations, and marketing while maintaining accurate student records, follow-ups, and counselling reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate Degree: In Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Counseling Experience: 1-3 years in education abroad, healthcare, or recruitment.
  • Nursing Pathways Knowledge: Strong understanding of nursing abroad pathways.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English and local language communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Orientation: Target-driven with strong sales and conversion orientation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office/CRM tools.
