We are seeking a skilled Scientific Writing Lead to accelerate your career in the fast-paced industry of medical communications.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your expertise in medical writing, literature surveillance, and team leadership to deliver exceptional documents and maintain client satisfaction metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop reactive and proactive content for various medical information materials.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas, disease states, and clinical trials.
  • Conduct thorough medical reviews and data fact-checks on content deliverables.
  • Source literature and obtain permissions for internal or external use.
  • Lead a team of scientific writers as part of training initiatives.
  • Prepare and update specific training documents.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with quality assurance, creative, copy-editing, business excellence, and project management teams.
Requirements:
  • MBBS, MD, BDS, MDS, Doctorate in research, or pharmacy qualification (Postgraduate in Pharmacy, PharmD., Ph.D.).
  • 4-12 years of experience in medical communication, with additional experience in scientific writing, content writing, medical review, or publication experience in life sciences.
Skills:
  • Strong medical writing and literature surveillance skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge about reference manager tools and CRM platforms is preferred.
