Job Title : Wealth Management ProfessionalWealth management is a strategic process that enables individuals to manage their wealth effectively, making informed decisions about investments and financial planning.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and provide solutions to clients based on their requirements, leveraging expertise in wealth management to drive growth.
  2. Conduct timely follow-ups with leads, share relevant news articles and broadcasts, and build client relationships.
  3. Increase client base by meeting new clients, referencing existing investors, and expanding AUM through relationship-building and portfolio review.
  4. Upsell and cross-sell products to existing investors, keeping them informed about market trends and primary/secondary market developments.
  5. Share regular updates on schemes, research papers, and other key investment information.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team on marketing activities.
Must-Have Skills:
  1. Excellent socializing and relation-building skills.
  2. Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
  3. A confident individual with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to analyze client requirements, possess strong logical and numerical skills, and handle stress effectively.
  5. Emotional stability, conscientiousness, and ability to identify opportunities for greater profit.
  6. Familiarity with compliance guidelines and documentation procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  1. Minimum 7-12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning & Investment Advisory.
  2. Possession of requisite certifications is an added advantage.
  3. Exposure to various wealth instruments, including Insurance, FD, Mutual Fund, PMS, AIF, etc.
  4. Proven track record of AUM generation and a minimum Aum size of 30 cr.
