**Job Description**: We are seeking an experienced and skilled UX Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to create innovative and effective solutions.

As a UX Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces that meet the needs of our users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop designs that meet those needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong portfolio of related projects. You will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, and have a basic understanding of web development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design user interfaces that meet the needs of our users
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
  • Develop designs that meet business requirements
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g., icons, illustrations, and color palettes)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 1-3 years of work experience in creating UI/UX design in web and mobile apps
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
  • Basic understanding of web development
  • Strong portfolio of related projects
