Lead Front End Developer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers to develop scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and frameworks, such as Angular, and lead the implementation of these technologies in our projects.
  • Code Quality and Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve their skills.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 9 years of experience in front-end development, specifically with Angular (version 2+).
  • Strong knowledge of UX design principles and collaboration with design teams.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and relevant libraries like Ngx, Ngrx, and Rxjs.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor team members and drive best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Location and Urgency:

This role is based in Chennai, India, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Education:

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
