Battery Management Systems Tester

Location: Kakkalur, Thiruvallur

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to perform testing and validation of Battery Management Systems (BMS) for electric vehicles and energy storage systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BMS hardware and software testing, as well as experience with the CAN protocol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional and validation testing of BMS components
  • Develop and execute test cases for BMS hardware and software
  • Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with design and R&D teams to optimize system performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.E/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Embedded Systems or related field
  • Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries and BMS architecture
  • Understanding of CAN bus protocol and diagnostic tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
