We are seeking an experienced Security Solutions Specialist to assist in the day-to-day operations of our Identity and Access Management program. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cyberark, MFA/SSO, AD, and Azure.

This role involves monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and remediating security risks, events, and incidents, as well as designing and deploying activities for the PAM solution. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and security practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and escalate incidents related to deployed security technologies.
  • Provide a process-driven approach to triaging tickets for accuracy and consistency.
  • Mentor junior analysts on best practices, processes, and troubleshooting.
  • Interact with customers to gather accurate requirements and ensure security best practices are followed.
  • Provide security incident handling support and investigation capabilities.
  • Identify and remediate security issues, escalating them when necessary.
  • Manage privileged session management and associated policies.
  • Create and manage platforms, policies, and safes for privileged clouds.
  • Manage service accounts, non-production accounts, and test accounts within vaults.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for security systems and procedures.
  • Monitor IAM platform health and resolve issues as they arise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent, with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid technical knowledge of IAM products/solutions, including CyberArk (PAM), Azure Cloud (PAM), Azure AD, and CrowdStrike IDP.
  • In-depth understanding of PAM, SSO/MFA processes, and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with CyberArk Component Installation and application version upgrades.
  • A deep understanding of CyberArk CPM compliance management.
  • Expertise in platform security, administration, and management, including Microsoft Windows Server administration and/or Linux/UNIX system administration.
  • Experience with Active Directory and/or other LDAP directory services.
  • A strong understanding and experience with privileged access and account management systems and controls.
  • Experience implementing and managing CyberArk, preferably vendor certified.

  • CyberArkDefender Certification
  • Azure Cloud (PAM) certifications
  • CyberArk Sentry certification

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
