Job Description:

At Economic Laws Practice (ELP), we are seeking a highly skilled Candidate to join our team as a Legal Associate in our Corporate and Commercial practice. The successful individual will be responsible for drafting transaction documents, providing opinions and advisory on corporate matters under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI laws, and foreign exchange laws. They will also assist in due diligences and work in PE/VC/M&A matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting of transaction documents such as SSA, SPA, SHA, BTA, term sheet, etc.
- Opinions and advisory on general corporate matters including regulatory compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI laws, and foreign exchange laws.
- Assist in due diligences and contribute to the growth of our Corporate and Commercial practice.

Qualification and Experience:
We require an LLB qualified candidate with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and communication skills, along with adaptability to various work streams, are essential for this position.
