Wireless Technology Validation Lead

Ixana is pioneering Wi-R, a non-radiative near-field communication technology that enables secure and efficient wireless experiences. This breakthrough innovation requires meticulous validation to ensure seamless performance across various platforms.

As our Post-Silicon Validation Manager, you will lead the validation efforts for our Wi-R SoCs and subsystems, driving end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation.

The role demands strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in post-silicon validation of SoCs or communication chips. You must be proficient in Python / C / C++ for automation and data analysis and have proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and mentor a high-performing validation team
  • Own validation strategy for Wi-R SoCs and subsystems
  • Set up world-class labs and automation frameworks
  • Collaborate across IC design, firmware, and system teams globally
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in post-silicon validation of SoCs or communication chips
  • Strong lab expertise with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, probes
  • Proficiency in Python / C / C++ for automation and data analysis
  • Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams
  • Passion for low-power systems and wireless technologies
