Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. This involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and effective time management to ensure timely delivery within agreed budgets.

To achieve this goal, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive project plans, which must receive client approval prior to implementation. You will also establish strong communication channels with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.

Additionally, you will lead the project implementation process, closely monitoring progress and milestones to guarantee successful project closure. Post-launch, you will provide support to clients through their transition periods, ensuring a smooth handover to our support teams.

In terms of revenue generation, you will identify opportunities to submit change requests and pursue additional business when beneficial. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional quality while meeting client requirements within agreed timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you must possess experience with project management tools and activities such as estimation, planning, costing, team timesheet maintenance, and proposal preparation. Additionally, your hands-on experience in handling fixed-price projects and managing scope creep and resource wastage will be highly valued.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. A good understanding of design and solution processes is also desirable, as is knowledge of Symphony Implementation projects and related systems.

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with a sound understanding of design and solution processes. Knowledge of Symphony Implementation projects and related systems would also be an advantage.
