Senior Data Integration Specialist

As a key member of our data integration team, you will play a critical role in delivering and operating cutting-edge data solutions within a specific business capability.

This position involves collaboration with stakeholders and strategic partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and project delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions aligned with business needs.

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data integration solutions using tools like Informatica or equivalent.
  • Write and optimize R and Python scripts for data transformation, cleansing, and automation.
  • Maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of data integration solutions.
  • Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications to facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Effectively apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage and execute projects.
  • Deliver high-quality data solutions that meet or exceed business expectations.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of data integration concepts and principles.
  • Proficiency in ETL workflow design and development.
  • Experience with data transformation and automation using R and Python.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.
