Software Engineer - Technical Leadership

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for designing and developing technology to serve business objectives.

Your primary focus will be on building scalable APIs and services, as well as designing and managing high-throughput, data-intensive systems. You should have a strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, with a focus on data modeling, performance tuning, and operational reliability.

You will also be responsible for fostering our culture and values around transformation, collaboration, and results. This includes being a role model and professional coach for engineers, with a strong bias for action and focus on craftsmanship.

In addition, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align points of view and make smart trade-offs to help achieve individual team and company goals.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
  • 9+ years of experience in software design, development, and algorithm-related solutions
  • 9+ years of programming experience in Java and/or C++
