We are looking for an experienced Technology Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our software solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

A key responsibility of this role is to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions that meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve their best work.

They will also be responsible for analyzing existing operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

In addition, they will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide guidance and training to team members as needed.

The Technology Manager will be a key member of our leadership team, and will be responsible for making strategic decisions that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
