PeopleSoft Administration Specialist
Job Description

Our team is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Administration specialist to design, develop and test changes to our PeopleSoft environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of PeopleTools, including implementations, upgrades, installation, configuration, integration with LDAP.

The successful candidate will have a complete understanding of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture/PeopleSoft 9.2/PeopleTools 8.5x/PUM. They will be responsible for setting up, configuring and maintaining all PeopleSoft application environments and accompanying Oracle databases in accordance with industry best practices. This includes creating scripts and automating routine maintenance tasks as appropriate. Collaborative skills are essential as the role requires working closely with network and server teams on implementing necessary updates.

Key responsibilities include:
  Proactively monitoring and managing PeopleSoft and Oracle system security, health, performance, and trends in capacity utilization.
  Isolating technical problems within the PeopleSoft system architecture and independently identifying and testing possible solutions.
  Designing and developing improvements to the PeopleSoft environment without compromising its integrity.
