Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our services procurement function for EPC projects. This critical role demands strategic oversight, team leadership, and strong vendor management.

The successful candidate will develop and implement sourcing strategies for key service categories, including construction, logistics, manpower, commissioning, and technical services. They will also drive China sourcing initiatives to optimize cost and delivery.

This position requires a deep understanding of international sourcing, particularly from China, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the services procurement team.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key service categories.
  • Drive China sourcing initiatives for construction-related services and materials.
  • Ensure alignment of procurement activities with project schedules, budgets, and technical requirements.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, finalization, and administration for high-value service contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional service providers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve escalated issues to ensure service quality and continuity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • 15-20 years of experience in services procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within EPC or Oil & Gas/Power projects.
  • Proven experience in international sourcing, especially from China.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement analytics tools.
