Job Overview

We seek a seasoned UX professional to spearhead innovative digital experience design for Life Sciences devices and applications.

This role requires collaboration with global stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and design teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end design activities from discovery to delivery, aligning user needs with business and technical goals.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, present design solutions, and drive UX alignment across teams.
  • Conduct UX audits, user research, and usability testing to uncover hidden needs and elevate product experiences.
  • Create detailed design deliverables: personas, workflows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final visual designs.
  • Apply enterprise design systems and universal principles across form factors and responsive design.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality design implementation and manage trade-offs.
  • Participate in design sprints and stakeholder reviews to refine product direction and user experience.
  • Manage external design partners to support research, prototyping, and front-end development as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Masters degree in Interaction Design (or equivalent) with 10+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and other UX tools.
  • Strong design thinking capabilities and a compelling portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work.
  • Creative, experimental mindset with a drive to innovate and take smart risks.
